Worst customer service ever!! Wish I had seen this review page before I went there! Sales person was soooo rude & didn't want to assist at all - probably because I was only there for 'help' not to spend any money!!!

We went to the Telstra shop on three different only to be told the waiting time was an hour. How ridiculous.

Despite ringing and checking - frustrating experience for business. Had signed Telstra letter of authority for company but Telstra business changed hands so authority no longer there. Had a letter emailed from company (as I was out of office) email but no - it has to be printed. As waste of time out of my day!
