  I just felt the need to write and express my satisfaction with Earlville Self Storage. From our first contact right through to every time we visit, the place is run by professionals that really understood our storage needs and came up with the perfect solution for us. It is spotlessly clean, well kept and brand spanking new. I feel my valuables couldn't be safer and in better hands!

  Great customer service, the guy running it was helpful, as was the young lady in the office. Honestly overall an extremely pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  They do not send invoices. Lady in office has the worst customer service I have ever come across- is rude and a complete smartass and issues such as not getting invoices 'are not our problem'. Was perfect before they changed hands. such a shame the place has gone down the drain. will be pulling my gear out ASAP.
