Visit this crew if you want to be charged $1200+ for two pieces of perspex (in the bin) that leave you with blisters on your arches. Afterwards they do not want to know you.

Ripoff! I was in there for 10minutes and it cost me $80 for a little bit of tape. Definitely wont be going back!

Having badly hurt my foot just two weeks before leaving for a month in London and Paris where I had hoped to do a great deal of walking, I visited an orthopoedic surgeon who said no broken small bones, but that the bad sprain may take longer to heal than a break. He suggested I visit a podiatrist. Just one week before I was due to leave for Europe, I visited Proarch in Cairns where I was thoroughly assessed and fitted with supports to wear in my shoes. Felt a bit strange at first, but with the aid of a stick i was able to walk onto the plane. I wore the supports every day and walked everywhere in London for two weeks. I continued to use a walking stick and wore the supports every day in Paris. Up and down literally thousands of steps over 2 week period, and I even managed to dance in the street. The sprain has not yet completely healed, but a physiotherapist assessed my gait and in her opinion it was the timely fitting of the supports that has prevented me from permanent damage to my hip and spine, which often occurs in foot strains and sprains in older people. I am 81.

Started going to Proarch about 8 years ago, with sore feet and lower back due to being on my feet all day on concrete floors covered with lino. Tyson suggested getting my first pair of orthotics and noticed a huge improvement within a couple of days. Have been going back for yearly check-ups since and have experienced very helpful, courteous and dedicated staff. Thanks for all the good work looking after people's "foot issues" guys.

Absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe the disregard this company has towards it's customers. I made an appointment with them and had to reschedule as my car was in for a service and took longer than expected. Under sufferance they did reschedule my appointment however, advised me that they required pre-payment. I said that was fine and I would definitely be there the following day for my rescheduled appointment. They wanted my credit card details which I said I was happy to give however, I was in the middle of my beach walk so did not have my credit card on me and said I would call them later on when I was at work to advise. Though once at work I had forgotten all about it and did not receive a call from them asking for my cc details. I turned up the following day at the scheduled time and was advised that they did not have an appointment for me. I explained the situation that I had rescheduled and Barbara told me that as I had not rung them back they had cancelled my appointment. I had arranged to leave work early and it took 1/2 and hour to get to their office. They could not even be bothered to ring me to tell me they had cancelled my appointment. As you can imagine I was appalled that this sort of behavior exists withing small businesses. In the meantime I have found there are a number of Podiatry services in the Cairns area and I urge anyone thinking of using this business to think again and use a business that actually cares about their customers.
